Hacienda Solana at Solana Guest Ranch will debut a seated, chef-driven brunch experience in April 2026. Open to the public every Saturday and Sunday inside the historic Hacienda and courtyard in Tanque Verde.
This is not a buffet and not a quick counter breakfast. It’s a relaxed, elevated brunch led by two-time Tucson Iron Chef Ken Foy and his culinary team. Thoughtful plating, fresh ingredients, and the kind of hospitality that makes you linger.
