This Quarter’s Region: Italy
Bright citrus. Coastal herbs. Wine-country indulgence. Your Italian season is built around the art of the slow start. Aperol Spritz, limoncello, bitters, and aromatic cocktails, followed by a wine and cheese intermission that feels like stepping into an old-world enoteca. Expect flavors that nod to: Amalfi coast brightness, Northern Italian elegance, and rustic countryside comfort, all culminating in a plated dinner that pairs classic technique with modern refinement. This is the premiere tour. Seats will be extremely limited.

Aperitivo Arrival
Your evening begins with signature cocktails inspired by the region, paired with chef-crafted bites. This is where the story starts: the ingredients, the origin, the culture behind what you’re tasting.
The Wine & Pairing Salon
Step into the tasting lounge for a guided wine experience—region-specific pours paired with cheeses, charcuterie, and seasonal accompaniments. Expect storytelling, education, and “wow” pairings… with the option to purchase featured bottles for your table before the main dinner.
Seated Prix Fixe Dinner
Then the main event: a guided, plated, fine-dining service. Atmosphere dialed in, music set to the region, and a coursed menu that’s elegant, intentional, and unforgettable. Expect tableside moments, elevated presentation, and a night that feels like travel without the flight.
